Bedford’s Italian heritage has been blessed with talented artists and singers since the early 50’s with some of these becoming well known and loved throughout the community. You will be able to enjoy a diverse and entertaining afternoon/evening with live entertainment starting with an open air blessing by Padre Mario, a rendition by the Italian Church Choir followed by Soloists, Duo’s and Italian Bands – you will want to be in Harpur Square to enjoy this all day and with an Opera Rocks Set in the evening and guest band Allodi from North London, this will be a real Italian Festa!

In addition to the Live Stage you may see Zio Liberato with his accordion joyfully playing his tunes as well as other invited street musicians creating that wonderful Italian carnival feeling, get into the rhythm of the day and enjoy yourselves….
